Belgian Waffles

Ingredients

  • 125 Grams Flour
  • 187.5 Millilitres Milk
  • 5 Grams Sugar
  • 50 Grams Butter (melted)
  • 4 Grams Yeast
  • 2 Egg
  • 25 Grams Icing Sugar

    Add a bit of lukewarm milk to the yeast and sugar.

    Separate egg whites and yolk. Beat the egg whites.

    Sift the flour and add the rest of the milk. Mix thoroughly. Add the egg yolk, melted butter and the yeast mixture.

    Delicately incorporate the egg whites.

    Let the dough settle for 45 minutes before adding to the waffle maker.
