Carol's Basil Pesto

Ingredients

  • 40 Grams Pine Nuts
  • 2 Garlic Clove
  • 125 Millilitres Olive Oil
  • 50 Grams Parmesan
  • 100 Grams Basil

Instructions

    Roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil or butter and leave them to cool.

    Wash and dry the basil.

    Peel the garlic and cut it into small cubes

    Put all the ingredients in a blender and grind.

    Pesto can be frozen by wrapping it in aluminium foil or plastic containers.
