Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 125 Grams Flour
  • 1 Salt pinch
  • 25 Grams Sugar (powdered)
  • 330 Millilitres Milk
  • 30 Grams Butter (melted)
  • 1 Grand-marnier or Rum

    Mix flour, salt and sugar.

    Make a well.

    Add the eggs and incorporate the flour, then slowly add the butter.

    Incorporate the milk little by little in order to avoid lumps and add a small dash of alcohol.
